Create and SetUp Application For Home Appliance Service Franchisee
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We, at ATS have to build an application for our vendors and existing customers to place service requests and orders with our Home Appliance Service and Repair company.
The Application needs to have three windows,
1. First one for Customer, Vendor and Franchisee to register and place request
2. second for Admin Team, to approve and assign service provider/agent, and apply feedback
3. Third for Agent to receive service request calls, to create invoice and close the call, once a visit or work is completed.
Payment Gateway and Wallet facilities are needed as well.
We are attaching the excel sheet with an idea for various windows.
Future Service and Support will also be required on the Application.
