Create OneSignal rich notifications for Android and iOS mobile app

We require a developer to create rich notification extensions for iOS and Android using OneSignal for a telehealth video calling app we have developed. You will be building off of a pre-existing solution for Android and building the iOS solution from scratch. The notifications are to function like you would see in a Facetime or Slack call.
