Create AI Chatbot / GPT - Online advisor

I am looking for a skilled AI Chatbot / GPT developer to create an online advisor that will provide personalized recommendations to our users. The chatbot will be deployed on both our website and mobile app, so experience with both platforms is ideal.
To ensure the chatbot can provide accurate recommendations, it will need access to user browsing history and search queries. Therefore, experience working with data analysis and machine learning is highly preferred.
The primary goal of the chatbot is to provide personalized recommendations, so the ideal candidate should have experience creating chatbots that are capable of understanding user preferences and making tailored suggestions.
