Create an AR App using AR-Core which stores data locally on the phone.

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an AR app using AR-Core that will store data locally on the user's phone. The project requirements are as follows:

Create an AR App using AR-Core which stores data locally on the phone and when scanning a marker it positions the phone according to the relative position to the marker (position of marker known). Anchors should then be loaded from the local database and shown in AR. Further pose estimation of the mobile device should be done using SLAM in AR-Core.
If possible same should be implemented on iOS using AR-Kit.

AR Experience: I want to create an augmented reality experience where users can interact with AR objects that can be loaded locally from the mobile device.

Level of Complexity: The AR game should have an intermediate level of complexity, providing an engaging and challenging experience for users.

Specific Features: The app should allow users to interact with AR objects, providing a seamless and immersive gameplay experience.
