Create an Android app which detects mock locations

I need to develop an Android application that can detect mock locations.

Requirements
1. You have to create the app with an Ionic capacitor.
2. If a user installs the app on his Android device and runs it, the app checks if the "Mock Location" mode is allowed in the device. If enabled, the app will just show a text as a warning. eg: "You turned on the Mock Location Mode"
