Create Android Version of my iOS app (VPN app)

I am looking for an experienced Android developer to create an Android version of my existing iOS VPN app. The Android version should include the same features as the iOS version. I prefer the app to be developed using Java programming language. I have existing design assets for the iOS app which I would like to reuse for the Android app. The ideal candidate should have experience in Android app development, Java programming language and ability to customize based on Android platform.

I would also like you to have good experience with user experience design and app animations to provide a smooth experience for the user of the application. Some of the features included in the app are:
- IKEv2 VPN integration
-Product payment integration (two plans with free trials)
-Animations
-Speed Testing Functionality
-etc

I will provide information on the actual application in messaging, please share some apps that you have actually built in Android that I can verify. My budget for this is only $500, all other bids will be ignored.
