Create Android Kotlin GTFS Transit Transport Application

I am looking for an experienced Android Kotlin developer to create a GTFS Transit Transport Application with the following features:

- Real-time bus tracking: The application should allow users to track the location of buses in real-time.
- Trip planning: Users should be able to plan their trips using the application, including finding the best route and estimating travel times.
- Offline mode: The application should have the capability to work offline, allowing users to access previously saved information even without an internet connection.
