Create a Android Cordova Plugin to Support Latest iZettle Android SDK

We need a Cordova Plugin support the latest iZettle SDK for Android devices.

The latest iZettle SDK, it can be found here;

You will be creating a new cordova plugin to integrate the latest iZettle Android SDK.

Once completed, you will provide a working sample cordova project calling all the SDK operations via Ionic Framework.

As well as provide necessary steps (if any) that need to be added/changed to our own Ionic app.

# SDK Operations include:

- Charging

- Refunding

- Retrieving payment info

- Aborting operation

- Enforced User Account

- Programmatically login and logout

- iZettleOperationCompletion; iZettlePaymentInfo

- Errors
