Create a Android Application login module

Hello,

I need a android application with following specification:
Phase 1
1 ) Login option with Phone#
2 ) Once login ability to connect with Google. to get email & name
3 ) Get the location

Project is require to have much more in future but need to start with this details.

Server & and database should be cloud based and during KT Need to do complete turnover.
