Create ADB Script for Android

I need to create a script to run in cmd on a windows machine to do the following

get all devices via ADB Devices

Apply the following to each device.

Set Developer Global Settings
Set Background Process Limit to 0
Set default USB configuration to File Transfer
transition_animation_scale=0.0
window_animation_scale=0.0
animator_duration_scale=0.0
Turn auto update on restart to off

Set device Settings

All Sounds to Off / 0
Do not Disturb to 1 (on)
Set Volume to lowest setting
Set Screen Brightness to lowest setting

Apply to all devices listed in adb and advise success
