Courier delivery mobile app for ios & android

Dear team,
We need mobile app for delivery of any item within country. Customer send info about item and place of pick up and delivery adress. Admin will go through and pass to drivers. No contact between customer and driver. Drivers give offer and only offers will reach to customer without info or contact details of driver. Customer chose one offer and pay by card. After payment driver can pick up and deliver. Once complete both driver and client click finished.
All payments will be done to one account.
Customers register with name, adress, mobile, email.
And deivers register with there names, company details, registration number, van and truck number, can register more then one truck and names of drivers, copy of driving licence, driver can chose areas for delivery.
App will work on ios and android.
