I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Virtual Reality application aimed primarily at mobile use. The app will be focused on counseling, specifically for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Stress Management, and Grief Counseling.

- Interactive Scenarios: The app should have engaging, interactive scenarios that simulate real-life situations and challenges.
- Progress Tracking: A system to monitor a user's progress over time is essential. This will help users and counselors understand their development and areas of focus.
- Relaxation Exercises: The app should include a variety of relaxation exercises to help users manage their stress and emotions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive background in VR app development, particularly for mobile platforms.
- Understanding and experience in creating apps for counseling and mental health.
- Ability to integrate interactive scenarios and progress tracking systems.
- Knowledge in designing and implementing relaxation exercises within an app.
