Cordova App update

We have a cordova car driver app, the location is not updated in the background. The location is only updated when the app is in front, as soon as the app goes foreground , the app location stops sending updates. So we need to update the app to send the location even in foreground mode.

The existing functionality works perfectly fine for IOS, where as it fails in android system. So an android update is required in the coding for the above functionality to work.
