Cordova App Developer Needed for Upgrade

I'm looking for an experienced Cordova app developer to upgrade my existing driver app. The app needs to be modified to support push notifications and subsequently uploaded to both the Play Store and the App Store.
Key Requirements:
- Upgrade the existing driver app with necessary code modifications to support push notifications.
- Ensure the app is fully functional and compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.
- Upload the final version of the app to both Play Store and App Store.
