Converting an android application which is integrated with Oracle 12x to Oracle 19c

I have an existing Android application which is bound with Oracle 12x via ojdbc14. Now due to upgrading to the Oracle 19c, application is not connecting to Oracle database. According to the resources on Oracle, ojdbc8 or ojdbc10 need to be used while communicating with 19c. It's all I can find on the internet.
Project is to change the necessary libraries and code to make it run. No need to develop new functionalities, only set up the Oracle database communication again on Android Studio.

Source codes will be supplied to whom interested with the project.
