Convert mobile optimized websited to native app

We have an online polling website built with laraval. It is fully responsive and mobile optimized. On mobile it almost looks like an app because of custom design we did for mobile users. Its a bit huge functionality wise. We want to make it available for users as an app. The idea is that we will be able to send notifications daily. We want the functionality as it is, take advantage of features native apps give for html websites, send notifications through onesignal, have access to users phone contact list so as to let users share polls to members in contact list and invite them to join / dowlnoad our app. Integrate Admob for mobile app ads. Should work both on android and ios.
