Convert in-app purchase to be buyable for multiple times in Android ready app.

I have a ready Android application which has an in-app purchase pro plan. Currently a user can buy the pro plan only one time. I need a freelancer who can convert this pro plan to be buyable again and again like the items in games.
Developer will change the app logo, app package name, app name and make the current plan to be purchaseable for multiple times and publish the app under my google play account.
