Convert android Flutter app to a cloud app

Turn the attached small flutter app into a cloud application. This is an app that communicates via bluetooth with a fitness wearable. This is only a test project - if you manage to do it - you will have a long-term project as the cloud service will in the next projects have to evaluate, record and graphically display measurements of the wearable .
