Convert My Website into Android and IOS apps.

I'm looking for someone to convert my website into apps for both android and IOS.
It must have the following functionality:
- App Icon with our logo
- Splash screen
- Pull down to refresh
- Firebase push notifications
- Map links to open in local maps app

Nice to haves (will pay more for these):
- Apple Pay intergration
- Faceid / Fingerprint to unlock the app
