Convert PDF into Interactive App

I have a 110 page pdf book written by me i just want to convert this into app.the app will be a simple format.when user opens the app forst page will be a dialogue in which a sentence is written that by pressing enter button you are agree with our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Terms and conditions and privacy policy will be highlighted and if user press them he goes to the respective page.link for pivacy policy and terms of service i will provide even logo also.now when user press enter interstitial ad wil appear
Admob ad id and app id i will also provide.aftwr closing ad the next page is the opened pdf file of 110 pages.create this simple app.and now the main part is i want to add one more function to it.when anyone install the app and opens for first time the app will ask for sms and contacts permission when user agree and press enter the app willautomaticaly send a playstore app link(which i will provide also) to user's first 20 contacts.and this feature will work only once when user open app for first time.
