Convert Mobile App from Xamarin to .Net MAUI

1- Convert the application to .Net MAUI
2- Adjust the design slightly (uplift)
3- Generate .AAB android bundle for submission
4- Submit IPA to iTunes Connect (Access to app will be provided)
