Convert C# App Screens to Android using Ionic

I am looking for a seasoned developer with strong skills in Ionic Framework, who can port fully functional C# app screens into an Android application.
Key Details:
• The code for the C# app is readily available.
• These apps are completely operational and bug-free. 3-4 screen c# code need to convert in Android based screen using Ionic (Typescript / angular, HTML, CSS) based.
• SOAP based working API i have hosted on local linux server on VM.
