Convert a Android app i did with MIT appinventor to iOs

I did a Android app with MIT appinventor that i need to convert to iOs.
The app has only 3 screen (the 1st with logo, second is the programm, and the last is the user manual), just need to communicate with the Bluetooth (a BLE 4.0) to send a simple string to a Arduino board.
The app is really easy, i attached a screenshot of the main page.
- The Bluetooth button (when click) will show a list of all available BLE.
- The red "Non connecte" will go in green and "Connecte" when connected, and when click will disconnect the Bluetooth.
- The 1st ok button (at "Reset réglage d'usine") will send a string by bluetooth to put all value at factory.
- The slider select a value between 0 and 100.
- The button ok bellow the slider ("Envoyer le réglage"), send the value of the slider on the bluetooth in a string like this : "Multiplicateur=50" (if slider is at 50).
- The next button (Boitier activé) just send a on or off signal in a similar string forma to the bluetooth.
- Then the button "Fermer" is just to close the app
- The button "Config" open a little menu that allow the user to add a number at the last of the BLE device name, to do it that just send a AT command to the bluetooth with a timer to reset it after sending the command and ask to close the app to restart it.
- And last button that is not on the screenshot is a button "User manual" that give access to a little PDF file that show how to use the app, the PDF must be directly add in the app (no external link) if possible.
- Last important "feature" when the Bluetooth is connected, the app send a string to the bluetooth to ask my board all the settings.
That all, nothing complicated, but i don't have the tool and iOs hardware to do it.
Thanks a lot
