Conversational AI-Driven Real Estate App

I'm looking for a talented developer to create a conversational AI-wrapper for a mobile and web app that streamlines the real estate documentation workflow. This app must be compatible with both iOS and Android.
I have a mock usable UI built Replit using react on a tailwind base and need a developer to bring this project all the way to life.
Key Features:
- Workflow Automation: The AI should handle document creation, approval, and tracking.
- Conversational AI: The core of the app should revolve around a robust conversational AI that can understand natural language.
- Multi-Platform Integration: The AI-wrapper should seamlessly integrate with various platforms such as CRM systems, Email services, Cloud storage services, and DocuSign.
- Needs to connect with OpenAi or Deep Seek
- Text input box for the user to communicate with the LLM for document creation requests
- Clean UI Following the design style I’ll provide you
- Be capable of using OpenAi or Deep Seek to input data into template contracts
- Provide user with PDF of completed contract for review
- Connect to docusign to prep signature blocks and send to clients
- Store the documents it has generated under folders for each client
Ideal Skills:
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning to the extent of plugging a UI into an existing LLM
- And for the purposes of helping to train the model to prepare contracts
- Extensive experience in mobile and web app development
- Strong experience in AI and, more specifically, natural language understanding systems.
- Familiarity with integrating apps with various platforms.
