Content Player Android App

Hi, I want to develop android app which can do following
I will share an .apk file i want similar app with similar functionality, we have source code of our unfinished app, prev freelancer wasn't able to finish due to health issues.
1. Divide horizontal/vertical screen in single, two or three splits which can play images and videos (with or without ticker.)
2. Can play ticker message.
3. Backend : Once app start it shows pass code which we can unlock from our server
this is online time unlocker after that app will open normally and shows all functions.
4. Can have background music option.
5. Can increase or decrease speed of image scroll.
6. When we put pen drive in android box it must auto copy all content.
7. once we start playing content it will auto load every time device boot up -- auto open feature and it will play same content.
8. user can choose content from dropbox and google drive.
