Configure flutter app and uploading to both stores (google, app).

I have mobile app developed on flutter and want someone who can prepare it and uploaded to the Google play and iOS app store.
Before starting you need to upgrade the source code (packages) to the latest flutter version.
Things to be done:
1. configure firebase for push notification.
2. configure firebase for deeplinking
3. configure firebase for SMS authtication
4. Google/facebook auth
5. configure the admob.
6. Arabic translation:
6.1: Please send me the translation josn file so we put the right arabic translation
6.2: there are some parts in the mobile app where the arabic translation is not fixed, for example the phone number is shown in RTL where it should be LTR.
7. Do full coloring to the app as per the oGarage branding. as will as the logo.
8. moving the blog part (block) in the home page to be below the search bar.
9. enabling the in-app-purchase (in google and apple).
10. integration with Thawani payment gateway .
