Configure Android and IOS app

My project is to configure an Android and IOS app. I will be responsible for providing all necessary source code, documentation, graphics, images and content to the developer who will upload the app to the appropriate sites. Additionally, I need to ensure that all images are incorporated into the app, as these will be integral parts of the design. Finally, I need the developer to configure any other software that may be required for its proper operation, such as database servers, API connections and firewall rules.
