Project Title: Web Portal + Android App (React Native) for Computer Repair & Maintenance Services

Project Overview:
We are developing a service platform for a computer repair and maintenance company. The project consists of two main components:

1. Android Mobile App (For Customers & Technicians)
Built using React Native

Role-based login for Customer and Technician

Features for Customers:

Login/Register (email/phone, OTP/password, Gmail)

Raise service requests

Purchase AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Purchase antivirus

Track requests and warranty claims

Features for Technicians:

View assigned service requests (beat-wise)

Update request status with remarks

Add parts/services used, collect payments

Reschedule or update issues (like incorrect address, no response, etc.)

2. Web Portal (For Admin & Staff)
Built using any web technology (preferably React + Node.js or similar)

Admin dashboard to:

Manage users and roles

Assign technicians to beats

Review and assign service requests

Track requests, parts, payments, and generate reports

Staff dashboard with similar review functionalities

Additional Notes:
Services are currently limited to Hyderabad

Payment gateway integration is required

UI should be clean, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized
