I’m in need of a competent developer to create a Real Estate App for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate or similar app development, with a strong understanding of integrating the following key features:
• Property Search: The app should enable users to make in-depth searches for properties, with filters for location, price, size and more.
• Map Integration: Alongside regular searches, the application must allow users to locate properties on an integrated map.
• User Profiles: Option for users to create their own profile, saving their property preferences and contact information for seamless interaction.
Additionally, I would like these unique features to be incorporated into the app:
• Virtual Tours: Potential buyers should be able to take virtual tours of the properties.
• Payments
• Saved Searches: The app should remember users' search inputs and preferences to encourage return visits.
Experience in Google Maps API for the 'Map integration' would be ideal but not a requirement. Similarly, exposure with VR technology for 'Virtual tours' would be highly appreciated.
