I'm looking to partner with a proficient mobile app developer or team to undertake an exciting application development project targeting real estate investors. This project will require you to develop both iOS and Android versions.
The finalized app must offer the following features:
- Property listing: Listing of real estate properties for sale.
- Mortgage calculator: Feature to calculate mortgage payments.
- Virtual touring: Ability to virtually tour listed properties.
- Budgeting feature: Support for planning budgets for renovation, flip projects along with new development.
The primary audience for this application will be real estate investors. As such, the aforementioned functionalities should be integrated with this target demographic in mind.
Ideal freelancers for this project would be well versed in both iOS and Android app development and have a demonstrated history working on real estate or finance applications. Familiarity with, or an understanding of real estate investing would be an asset. Please note that a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be obligatory for this project.
