I am in need of a GPS Tracking Application that runs across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and Web. The application should be backed by a robust Database and be capable of communicating through APIs and a TCPIP listener.

Key Features:
- Real-time Tracking: The application should provide live tracking capabilities.
- Geofencing: This feature should notify users when a tracked entity enters or exits a predetermined area.
- Route History: Users should be able to view the historical routes of the tracked entity.

User Access Control:
