Project Overview
A mobile app developer who can utilize existing technology to deliver a cost-efficient solution. A similar app already exists with a majority of the features we need, so we are looking for a developer who can leverage this as a foundation, focusing on efficient customization and brand alignment.
Project Scope
1. Parent Mobile App (iOS and Android)
Register/update child profiles
Childcare booking and workspace/event scheduling (3-step workflow)
Notifications for pickups and secure, time-limited passwords for safe pickup
Identity and GPS verification
Childcare plan management and real-time updates for safe pickups and permissions
2. Pickup Mobile App (iOS and Android)
Accept/deny safe pickup invitations
Notifications for pickups, time-limited password security, and GPS verification
3. Teacher Web App
Quick view of classroom children with details (e.g., potty training status, allergies)
Access child profiles, preferences, and dietary needs
4. Front Desk Web App
Child check-in/out, workspace, and event check-in/out
Account management, bookings, and payments (Stripe integration)
5. Administrative Web App
Full center management: bookings, accounts, staff permissions, KPI tracking, and reporting
Technical Stack Overview
Backend: Nest.js, MongoDB, AWS S3, Stripe, Twilio for 2FA
Frontend: Angular for responsive web apps, Bootstrap for styling
Data and Security: JWT, Passport, Argon2 (security), CRON (scheduler), Mailchimp (marketing)
Developers should be comfortable with these or similar technologies.

User Experience: Simple, brand-aligned workflows across all apps
