Complete development of ReactNative app

I am looking for a React Native programmer who will be able to take the work left by a previous programmer, review it, clean it up and finish the project. We will be using Firebase. We are developing for both iOS and Android.
The project is a simple chat app that will be using GPS-location coordinates.
I also have XD graphics files that can be kept as-is or modified.
