Complaint Management Mobile App

I need a cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android. The app will include user and admin functionalities.

Key features include:
- Initial page with Login and Signup
- Signup requires adding accommodation details
- Default Login credentials are quarter numbers
- Back button after signup
- After logging in, users can register complaints with an additional short text field
- A database to store and update complaint status
- Admin login with access to all user details and complaint status updates
