Compile a Ready-Made Project using Android Studio

I need an expert in Flutter, Dart, and Kotlin using Android Studio.
I have purchased a ready-made project from CodeCanyon called FlyWeb (For Web to App). I have tried many times compiling it myself, however, I keep getting errors after errors.
I am looking for an expert to help me set up my computer with the right versions of Flutter, Dart, Kotlin and whatever plugins I need in order to be able to compile my own project. What we can do is use TeamViewer in order for you to connect to my computer and I can watch how you setup it up and what is needed as in versions of Flutter/Gradle etc. I will also provide you the author's instructions on how to set it up. I myself couldn't do it but its probably easy for you.
