Community Engagement & Event App for Local Pub/Restaurant

We're looking for an experienced app developer to build a custom mobile app from scratch for our suburban pub, restaurant, and coffee shop. The app will offer a platform where customers can sign up for updates, register for events, participate in group bets (with 10% of proceeds going to a local charity), and even make in-app payments.
Key features include:
• User registration and profile management
• Push notifications for updates and event alerts
• Event-specific registration and group betting functionality
• Integrated payment system using Stripe for voucher purchases and event fees
• Social media integration (with a focus on Instagram)
• In-app messaging and content updates
• Admin dashboard for managing events and communications
Platform: The app should be developed for both iOS and Android.
Timeline: The app must be fully functional and ready to launch in 3 weeks by March 10 to support our upcoming event.
