Commissioning report
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a commissioning report for my project. The purpose of this report is to document the completion of the project. The report should be a brief summary that provides an overview of the project and its achievements.
The report will be shared with the internal team, so it should be tailored these specifications.
3 page commission report built into an IOS app. Android could be a possibility.
There are a few differences from this printable version.
Page 1 - as is
page 2 - options to include 1 page for each gyro, upto 4 gyros, page 2 would include the beginning of page 3 for each gyro.
Page 3 - would be the remaining general info
Page 4 - space for installation photos. With labels, ie: forward, stern, port, starboard. Top, under unit, unit serial number, drive box serial #, drive box, breaker 1, breaker 2, venting1, venting 2, QNN, concern 1, concern 2, controller 1, controller 2, access1, access 2, access 3, vessel outside 1, Vessel outside 2
- Strong writing and communication ability.
- I would like this report to format into an excel spread sheet/ file and pdf direct to email.
