Job Description
We are a Melbourne-based HVAC company looking to build a simple, user-friendly mobile app to trial internally with our team (15 staff).
The app will be focused on team leadership, apprentice development, and culture tracking in the field.
We want something that is:
• Very clean and modern (Apple-style UI)
• Extremely easy to use on-site (minimal typing, big buttons)
• Built for mobile first (iOS + Android)
This is an MVP project, with potential for ongoing development.

1. Team Structure (Home Screen)
• Hierarchy view:
• Director → Team Leaders → Apprentices
• Each user has:
• Avatar/profile
• Role (Leader / Apprentice)
• Trade (Plumber, Electrician, HVAC)
• Tap to view team members

Each staff member has a profile including:

• Licences & documents:
