Code a 2D mobile game

I need a coder to code a word/strategy game I have come up with for iPhone and Android. 2 player online head-to-head only. I am looking for a coder who lives in Texas, preferably in the Austin / central Texas area. Open to either hourly or fixed billing arrangements that will work best for the project once we discuss it in detail and an NDA has been signed.
