QR Code Scanner & Comparer App

I'm looking for a mobile developer to create an app either for Android or iOS that scans and compares two QR codes on different labels. The codes should match for successful validation.

Key Features:
- QR code data and comparison results to be included in an email report.
- An error message to be displayed if the codes do not match.
- User authentication via biometric measures (fingerprint/face ID).
