Code Modification and Play Store Publishing

I need a freelancer to help me with modifying a code I purchased from Codecanyon. I need to change the logo, adjust the minimum requirements and publish the app in the Play Store.

Tasks:
- Replace the existing logo with my PNG file.
- Modify the minimum requirements, specifically:
* Android version compatibility
* Device specifications
* Permissions required
- Assist with the Play Store publication

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Android app development
- Experience with Play Store publishing
- Familiar with modifying Codecanyon codes

You don't need to be a graphic designer, but having an eye for quality visuals will be a plus.
