I am looking for a skilled developer to create a cloud-based retail jewelry software that works seamlessly across Android, iPhone, tablets, and desktops. The software should install like an app (PWA) and have a mobile-friendly UI. Below are the key features and modules required:
Platform Requirements:
- Cloud-based web app with PWA functionality.
- Compatible with Android, iPhone, tablets, and desktops.
- Mobile-friendly user interface.
User Roles:
- Admin: Full access.
- Staff: Billing only (no delete or settings access).
Modules:
1. Shop Settings:
- Shop name, address, logo, phone, WhatsApp, GSTIN, PAN.
- Invoice prefix and starting number setup.
- Invoice footer note configuration.
2. Daily Gold/Silver Rates:
- Manage rates for Gold (24K/22K/18K) and Silver.
- Latest rates auto-applied during billing.
3. Item Master (Jewelry Stock):
- Item details: code, name, category (ring/necklace/etc.), metal type, purity (22K/18K), weights (gross/net/stone), wastage %, making charges, stone charges, HUID (optional), photo upload, active/inactive status.
- Search and filter functionality for items.
4. Customer Master:
- Customer details: name, mobile number, address, city, optional DOB/anniversary fields.
- View customer purchase history.
5. Billing/Invoice Module:
- Select customer (walk-in or existing).
- Add items via search by code/name with auto-calculated pricing (weight × rate + wastage + making charges + stone charges).
- Discounts (₹ or %), old gold exchange handling (weight × rate), GST auto-calculation (3%), multiple payment options (cash/UPI/card/split).
- Save invoice as A4 PDF with print and WhatsApp sharing options.
6. Reports Module:
- Daily sales report.
- Invoice list by date range/customer/invoice number.
- Stock summary by category/purity/total weight.
