Closed Google Consoles account needed ASAP

I'm looking to purchase closed Google Console accounts. These accounts will be utilized primarily for app distribution, targeting games, utility apps, and social media apps. It's crucial that these accounts are pre-closed, as I have no use for suspended or active ones.
