What It Does:
Detects a specific Minew iBeacon via Bluetooth (BLE).
When close (~1-5 meters): Mutes notifications, shows “Classroom Mode Active” full-screen.
When out of range (10 sec): Unmutes, goes back to normal.
Simple UI: Start/stop button + status text.
Details:
Android only (Kotlin preferred, min SDK 21).
Use Minew SDK or Android BLE APIs.
