Childcare attendance recording app in React Native

I need an app that records attendance timings of a child at a childcare centre. I only need front end as backend api are all done . App will have 3 screens.1.Parent authenticate with a pin (so keypad like screen) . 2. Accept the time to sign the child in and signout. 3. Thank you message. I would prefer it to be done in react native or nativescript as the app runs on a ipad and android.
