Chat bot program for SMS

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a chat bot program for SMS messaging. The primary purpose of the chat bot will be for marketing and sales purposes for a Real Estate Company. Although I do not have a specific flow of conversation or interaction in mind, I have a rough idea of what I would like the chat bot to achieve.

A program i am using will attempt a call, hang up then follow up with an SMS starting with
"Hi Tina, Michael from Ray White.

I have buyers looking to purchase. Are you interested in selling 84 Bristol Cres?

I'd be happy to discuss over a market appraisal."
or words to that affect.
Then the bot will continue the conversation following on from the clients respopnses.
