I'm looking for a good designer and programmer to make a Chat Application for both IOS & Android phones.
The programmer should be familiar with Arabic & English languages because the app will be designed with both languages.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PSOTING ANY BIDDING, GENERAL BIDDINGS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The Application will locate your location and based on that it will send you to the chat room related to your city, there is an option you can chat in other rooms manually of course.
This is the basic idea, further details will be discussed later with the chosen designer.
