Changes to open source Tailscale Android client (fork)

Hi,

I need the following changes to the open source Tailscale Android client:
- Add the possibility of setting (and saving) the host name manually instead of using the device name.
- Add the possibility of setting (and saving) the controller address manually.
- Auto connect on device startup / first unlock, similar to WireGuard client.
- Automatically select an exit node from the list of available nodes. Sorting should be alphabetical, if the first exit node is going down use the second one and so on.
- Add include/exclude list for applications that can use the VPN similar to the way Wireguard does it.
- Add the possibility to export/import the entire config, including the controller address, allowed applications, generated device keys.

The Tailscale client is written in Go and Java, the code is available and it's clean, it should not be hard for an experienced coder. Tailscale also provide a free plan for the controller or you can use the open source Headscale for testing. I will cover the expenses for setting up a test infrastructure if needed.

Price will be agreed upon, please keep in mind I am not looking for the lowest price but for a professional who knows what he/she is doing. The code must be clean, secure and well commented.

Before bidding check the project requirements and the source code, please don't waste my time.
