Change the UI only of my User App to the reference UI (Flutter)

I have user App of an ecommerce site , i wanted to change the UI as it to the reference UI , please before applying kindly watch the reference UI video and also install the application of UI change application.

must have experience in Laravel too for admin panel , i don't wanted to change the functionality , i only wanted to change the UI only , no enhancement in admin panel or in app .
