Celo Blockchain Wallet

I am needing to have a celo wallet that allows users to transfer from their device NFC similar to a gift card. The users will send transactions with a code to paste / confirm or NFC reader which will send from the available balance on the device. The app will also need to be integrated for reload with bank account in a Pre denominated amount per reload. The device used with this app will have a hub device and transaction terminals to relay back to the hub for transaction approval which may require 2 apps for each function.
